The adventure of the Photo Montier Festival beginned 20 years ago when a group of buddies, passionate about photography and nature, decided to organize a fair around the prestigious exhibition "Wildlife Photographer of the Year". This first event welcomed nearly 4,000 visitors in two days. As of the second edition, the "salon" was transformed into a "festival". The Association pour le festival de la photo animalière et de nature (Afpan L’Or Vert) was born. The festival quickly became the must-attend event for amateur and professional photographers, for nature lovers and the general public. Today, Afpan provides us logistical support and valuable assistance by hosting the first edition of NightScapades in November 2017.

Dark Sky Alqueva Reserve is the first site in the world to receive the “Starlight Tourism Destination” certification. This certification, awarded by the Starlight Foundation is supported by UNESCO, UNWTO and IAC. Starlight destinations are visitable places characterized by excellent quality for the contemplation of starry skies, and the practice of tourist activities based on this resource.

The region of the Great Lake Alqueva in Alentejo, Portugal is a wonderful place to see the stars, constellations and distant galaxies such as the Milky Way. The unique characteristics of the night sky with a very low rate of light pollution, in the municipalities of Alandroal, Reguengos, Monsaraz, Mourão, Barrancos, Portel and Moura ensure the ideal conditions for an excellent observation of the dark sky.

In Alqueva the sky has good atmospheric conditions for stargazing most of the year. Such skies are disappearing in Europe, where most of the population has no longer the privilege to observe an unpolluted sky.

L'association Chasseurs de Nuits est le représentant officiel en France de la réserve de ciel noir d'Alqueva.

Griters Voyages, through its Terre Constellée offer, allows skiers and amateur astronomers to travel in groups and families to discover or improve observing and photography activities of the night sky within the framework of Of a tourist trip.

Tonki has an odd history, unintentionally born in a Londoner afternoon. It was 2012, super cheap flight and backpack on my shoulder to surprise my girlfriend. I like hitch-hiking: found a piece of cardboard I write on it “147 Kilburn High Rd”. During the drive, I fold that piece of cardboard and I put it in my backpack. I decide I’ll give it to Alessandra as a memory of that trip. Once home, I give it to her and she stick a picture of the two of us on it. Soon we’d have to decide a name for this object and our life would never be the same.

Fisheye is a photo magazine that talks about society. Fisheye is a company magazine that talks about photo. Fisheye is a specialized magazine

But not a magazine of specialists. Fisheye is a magazine of enthusiasts, Fisheye is a curious magazine. Fisheye has his eyes wide open, he sees as well in the goal of a 5D as an Iphone. Fisheye does not address the photographers, it address the Men who make images. Fisheye is a wide angle. He questions everything by the photo, he questions the photo, everywhere.
